Returned items must arrive to us in the same condition as when you received them and be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been used and is in an unsellable condition. We will not be able to refund any baby changing mats that have been opened.
So long as you have contacted us within the 7 days post receiving your original order to notify us of your wish to return the item, you can send the item back within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days of receiving the return, and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Your shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty and we cannot be held responsible for any interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
